Cantor Index aims to offer the best possible customer service and our objective is to provide all clients with the same high level of professional support with their spread betting, whether you're an experienced spread bettor or a beginner.

We know that your trading successes are supported by our services and it is our job to provide support and a fast response to your requests. Our friendly and experienced dealers are happy to answer any questions you may have about spread betting with Cantor Index and we also offer you the opportunity to request a dedicated Account Executive, who can assist you with any queries regarding your Cantor Index account.

Whilst technology is fundamental to our business, we believe that our commitment to superior customer service will distinguish us from competitors and is essential in gaining our clients' confidence and loyalty.

Spread bets are high-risk products; you need deposit only a small percentage of the value of the bet. However, your losses may substantially exceed that deposit very rapidly and thus require you to make additional deposits at short notice to maintain your bets. Spread bets are not suitable for all customers. Before betting, you should ensure you fully understand the risks and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
