To be deemed the referrer, you must have:
Been to ‘Refer and Earn’ page online and entered the contact details of the client you
wish to refer. Once this is completed the referred person will be contacted by Cantor
Index to confirm they wish to open an account and that they have been referred. The
referred client must input the name of their friend who referred them in ‘Promotional
code’ field when opening their account.
It is the responsibility of the referrer or the new client to ensure that you are
enlisted on the ‘Refer and Earn’ scheme. You can call Customer Services on 020 7894 8050
to check if you and the client that you referred are on the scheme.
- Account opening is subject to Cantor Index account opening rules.
- The referrer must have an account with Cantor Index and must have placed and settled more
than 5 bets*.
- For the referrer to qualify for remuneration the referred client must place and settle 5

- The referred client will receive the matched amount, equal to their first deposit, up to a

- You may only refer up to a limit of 10 clients. For additional client referrals please get
in touch with Sales on 020 7894 7894.
- If Cantor Index in its absolute discretion believes that someone is acting in bad faith or
suspects collusion between two parties when placing the new client's bets, it will deem this
as abuse of the offer and will be entitled to deny their participation in the refer and earn
scheme. Any liability of Cantor Index to you shall cease immediately upon you being informed
of termination of your participation.
- If you have a complaint, you should raise it with the Compliance Officer at the below
address. A copy of our internal complaints handling procedures is available on request. You
may subsequently complain directly to the Financial Ombudsman Service.

- Cantor Index has the discretion to end this scheme at any time and make changes to the terms
and conditions without any prior notice. Cantor Index reserves the right to interpret these
terms and conditions.
* Excludes equity bets.
Spread bets are high-risk products; you need deposit only a small percentage of the value of the bet.
However, your losses may substantially exceed that deposit very rapidly and thus require you to make additional
deposits at short notice to maintain your bets. Spread bets are not suitable for all customers. Before betting, you
should ensure you fully understand the risks and seek independent financial advice if necessary.
